We are seeking a dedicated HC Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role will focus on managing core HC functions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall talent development. As an HC Specialist, you will work closely with the HC team to implement strategic initiatives and ensure smooth operations in various aspects of Human Capital, including employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HC policies and programs across the organization.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Administer and track employee performance management processes.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze reports on HC metrics, including turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or HC-related role (experience with fresh graduate and/or experienced-hire recruitment is a plus).
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
