We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent, including fresh graduates and entry-level professionals. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and university networks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and attend campus recruitment events and career fairs to attract fresh graduates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build relationships with educational institutions to support campus recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to campus and entry-level hiring.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing and recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles and candidate pipelines.
